The President of the Justice and Peace Commission of the National Assembly, Delsa Solórzano, rejected how the Russian dictatorship has deployed actions to try to destabilize different countries in the world.

“The Russian dictator refuses to respect Ukraine’s right to live in freedom,” Solórzano denounced in a message posted on her social networks.

The parliamentarian pointed out that it (Russia) is not satisfied with this, it intends to use Cuba and Venezuela as its backyard and threatens both countries militarily.

Therefore, she pointed out that this serious event is unacceptable and must be answered firmly and the Constitution in hand.

The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Sergei Ryabkov, one of the highest ranking diplomats in Vladimir Putin’s government, warned Thursday that a Russian military deployment in Cuba and Venezuela cannot be ruled out if tensions with the United States increase.

Article 328 of the Constitution of Venezuela:

The National Armed Forces constitute essentially a professional institution, without political militancy, organized by the State to guarantee the independence and sovereignty of the Nation and ensure the integrity of the geographical space, through military defense, cooperation in maintaining internal order and active participation in national development, in accordance with this Constitution and the law. In the performance of its functions, it is at the exclusive service of the Nation and in no case that of any person or political party. Its fundamental pillars are discipline, obedience and subordination. The National Armed Forces are made up of the Army, the Navy, the Aviation and the National Guard, which function in an integral manner within the framework of their competence to fulfill their mission, with their own comprehensive social security regime, as established their respective organic law.

Article 329 of the Constitution of Venezuela:

The Army, the Navy and the Aviation have as essential responsibility the planning, execution and control of the military operations required to ensure the defense of the Nation. The National Guard will cooperate in the development of said operations and will have as basic responsibility the conduct of the operations required for the maintenance of the internal order of the country.
